المستشار عمرو الباشا يكشف أسرار مواجهة جرائم الإنترنت والابتزاز الإلكتروني في “خطوات ذهبية“

في حلقة قانونية استثنائية، استضاف برنامج “خطوات ذهبية” المذاع عبر شاشة قناة الحدث اليوم المستشار عمرو الباشا – المحامي والمتخصص في قضايا الإنترنت والابتزاز الإلكتروني والأمن السيبراني – الذي قدّم رؤية شاملة حول أخطر التحديات التي يواجهها المجتمع في ظل الانتشار الواسع للتكنولوجيا والفضاء الرقمي.
و من أهم ما قدم من عمله للكشف عن الجرائم هو أن
زوج استخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي لفبركة فيديو لزوجته بهدف إلصاق تهمة أخلاقية بها كي يسلبها حقوقها في قضية خلافات زوجية.
وبالفعل اتحكم عليها غيابيًا بالسجن سنتين، لكن بعد تدخل المستشار عمرو الباشا وطلب إحالة الفيديو لخبير تقني، تم إثبات إن الفيديو مفبرك بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وبالتالي استردت الزوجة حقوقها وكرامتها.
وأكد الباشا خلال اللقاء أن جرائم الإنترنت تختلف جذريًا عن الجرائم التقليدية من حيث نطاق التأثير والعقوبات القانونية، موضحًا أن المشرّع المصري شدّد العقوبات في قانون مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات رقم 175 لسنة 2018 ليحمي المجتمع من تداعيات الابتزاز الإلكتروني والاختراقات التي تطال الأفراد والمؤسسات على حد سواء.
كما كشف المستشار الباشا أن الذكاء الاصطناعي أصبح سلاحًا ذا حدين، إذ يمكن أن يسهم في تعقب المجرمين وحماية البيانات، لكنه قد يُستغل أيضًا في ارتكاب جرائم مركّبة مثل فبركة المقاطع المصورة واستخدامها في قضايا ابتزاز وتشويه السمعة، وهو ما يضع المجتمع أمام تحديات أخلاقية وقانونية خطيرة.
هذا وخلال الحلقة، شدّد الباشا على أهمية الوعي المجتمعي، داعيًا الأسر إلى تثقيف أبنائها والتعامل بجدية مع أي وقائع ابتزاز أو تهديد عبر الإنترنت، مع ضرورة الاحتفاظ بالأدلة والتوجه الفوري إلى مباحث الإنترنت والنيابة العامة لحماية الحقوق وردع المجرمين.
واختتم الباشا حديثه برسالة واضحة: “لا عذر بالجهل بالقانون، والوعي هو الدرع الأول لحماية الأفراد والمجتمع من الوقوع فريسة لجرائم الإنترنت والابتزاز الإلكتروني.”
