وكشف المستشار عمرو الباشا في متابعته للقضية أن الزوج تعمد استغلال الثغرات القانونية لإيهام المحكمة بصدق روايته، رغم أن الوقائع الحقيقية كانت مختلفة تمامًا عما ساقه من اتهامات. وأكد الباشا أن مثل هذه الأساليب لا تضر فقط بالزوجة التي تتعرض للظلم والوصم المجتمعي، بل تهدد أيضًا نزاهة منظومة العدالة الأسرية.
القضية ألقت الضوء على ظاهرة استغلال بعض الأزواج للادعاءات الباطلة في معارك الطلاق والنفقة، وهو ما دعا خبراء قانونيين وحقوقيين للمطالبة بتشديد العقوبات على من يثبت تورطه في تلفيق التهم حفاظًا على سمعة الأسرة والمجتمع.
