في إطار فعاليات المنتدى الدولي “صفر نفايات” الذي استضافته مدينة إسطنبول، التقت قرينة فخامة رئيس الجمهورية التركية السيدة أمينة أردوغان، بممثلي وزارات البيئة من 63 دولة حولالعالم، إضافةً إلى عدد من الشخصيات البارزة في مجال القضايا البيئية، لمناقشة سبل التعاون الدولي في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة ومواجهة التحديات البيئية العالمية.
وشهد المنتدى مشاركةسيدة الأعمال المصرية البارزة السيدة راوية منصور، التي تُعد من روّاد المشروعات البيئية المبتكرة في مصر، حيث جاءت مشاركتها بالتنسيق مع سفارة الجمهورية التركية في القاهرة.
هذا ومن خلال المنتدى، استقبلت فخامة السيدة الأولى أمينة أردوغان السيدة راوية منصور، التي قدّمت عرضًا تفصيليًا حول مشروعاتها وأنشطتها في مجال البيئة والتنمية المستدامة، والتي نالت اهتمام الحضور لما تتضمنه من أفكارٍ تدعم التحول الأخضر وتعزّز مفهوم الاقتصاد الدائري.
وجدير بالذكر أن السيدة راوية منصور هي حفيدة المشير دِلي فؤاد باشا، أحد الشخصيات التاريخية المشتركة بين مصر وتركيا، والذي وُلد في القاهرة وتلقى تعليمه العسكري بها، كما شغل منصب ضابط ومدرّس عسكري في الجيش المصري، ما يُعد امتدادًا رمزيًا للعلاقات التاريخية التي تربط البلدين.
وخلال كلمتها، شددت فخامة السيدة الأولى أمينة أردوغان على أن تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة 2030 يتطلب تعاونًا دوليًا فعّالًا بروح المسؤولية المشتركة، قائلة إن “بناء عالمٍ لا يُترك فيه أحد خلف الركب يستدعي تضافر الجهود وتحمل المسؤوليات الجماعية”.
وأكدت أردوغان أن تحقيق هذا الهدف مرهون بالتزام الدول كافة بدورها في مواجهة التحديات البيئية، مشيرةً إلى أن تركيا تولي أهمية كبيرة للتعاون الدولي وتحديد الأهداف المشتركة في سبيل معالجة قضايا المناخ وحماية كوكب الأرض.
واختتمت السيدة الأولى كلمتها بالتعبير عن أملها في أن يكون المنتدى منطلقًا لشراكات استراتيجية تقوم على توزيعٍ عادلٍ للمسؤوليات بين الدول، بما يضمن مستقبلًا أكثر استدامة للأجيال القادمة.

Within the framework of the activities of the “Zero Waste” International Forum, which was hosted by the city of Istanbul, the wife of His Excellency the President of the Turkish Republic, Mrs. Emine Erdogan, met with representatives of the ministries of environment from 63 countries around the world, in addition to a number of prominent figures in the field of environmental issues, to discuss ways of international cooperation in achieving sustainable development goalsAnd facing global environmental challenges.The forum witnessed the participation of the prominent Egyptian businesswoman, Mrs. Rawya Mansour, who is considered one of the pioneers of innovative environmental projects in Egypt, as her participation came in coordination with the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Cairo.
During the forum, Her Excellency First Lady Emine Erdogan received Mrs. Rawiya Mansour, who gave a detailed presentation about her projects and activities in the field of environment and sustainable development, which attracted the attention of the audience because of the ideas they contain that support the green transformation and promote the concept of the circular economy.
It is worth noting that Mrs. Rawya Mansour is the granddaughter of Field Marshal Deli Fouad Pasha, one of the historical figures shared between Egypt and Turkey, who was born in Cairo and received his military education there. He also served as an officer and military instructor in the Egyptian army, which is considered a symbolic extension of the historical relations that bind the two countries.
During her speech, Her Excellency First Lady Emine Erdogan stressed that achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals requires effective international cooperation in the spirit of shared responsibility, saying that “building a world in which no one is left behind requires concerted efforts and assuming collective responsibilities.”
Erdogan stressed that achieving this goal depends on the commitment of all countries to their role in confronting environmental challenges, noting that Türkiye attaches great importance to international cooperation and setting common goals in order to address climate issues and protect the planet.
The First Lady concluded her speech by expressing her hope that the forum would be a starting point for strategic partnerships based on a fair distribution of responsibilities between countries, ensuring a more sustainable future for future generations
