في ندوة بالقاهرة.. “المركز اليمني المستقل” يؤكد: المرأة العربية شريك رئيسي في نهضة الاقتصاد والتنمية المستدامة

نظّم المركز اليمني المستقل للدراسات الاستراتيجية بالقاهرة مساء الأحد، الموافق 19 أكتوبر 2025، محاضرة بعنوان «دور المرأة العربية في التنمية الاقتصادية»، تناولت أهمية تمكين النساء كركيزة أساسية للتنمية المستدامة في العالم العربي.
حاضرَت في الندوة الدكتورة هبة إسماعيل، عضو اللجنة المركزية لحزب مستقبل وطن، بمشاركة نخبة من القيادات النسائية اليمنية والمصرية وعدد من الخبراء ورواد الأعمال الشباب.
واستهلَّ اللقاء الدكتور علي الخولاني، رئيس المركز، بكلمة أكد فيها أن المرأة العربية أصبحت شريكًا فاعلًا في صياغة مستقبل الاقتصاد العربي، مشددًا على ضرورة دعم المرأة اليمنية وتعزيز حضورها في التعليم وصنع القرار، لاسيما في ظل ما تعانيه اليمن من تراجع في التعليم نتيجة ممارسات الحوثيين.
وأضاف الخولاني أن المرأة المصرية تعيش عصرها الذهبي تحت قيادة الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي، مشيدًا بما تحقق من إنجازات جعلت من المرأة المصرية قدوة ونموذجًا عربيًا يُحتذى به.
من جانبها، أكدت الدكتورة هبة إسماعيل على أن المرأة أصبحت قوة اقتصادية مؤثرة في المجتمع العربي، مشيرة إلى أن تمكينها في المجالات المالية والمشروعات الصغيرة ينعكس إيجابًا على معدلات النمو والتنمية.
وخلال الجلسات الحوارية، ناقش الحضور عدة محاور أبرزها:
دور المرأة في ريادة الأعمال وخلق فرص العمل.
التحديات التشريعية والاجتماعية أمام مشاركة المرأة الاقتصادية.
التحول الرقمي كفرصة جديدة لتمكين النساء في القطاعات الناشئة.
قصص نجاح عربية ملهمة في المجال الاقتصادي.
وفي مداخلة مميزة، شددت الدكتورة مريم الدوغاني، مدير دائرة المرأة في رئاسة الجمهورية اليمنية بعدن، على أن الاستثمار في المرأة هو استثمار في المستقبل، داعيةً إلى توفير التدريب والتمويل الصغير والحوافز الداعمة.
كما أوضحت الأستاذة أمينة محسن، عضو اللجنة الدائمة للمؤتمر الشعبي العام، أن تمكين المرأة في الريف يغيّر ملامح المجتمع، إذ تتحول من باحثة عن فرصة إلى صانعة فرص.
وأكدت الأستاذة فاطمة المريسي، رئيسة اتحاد نساء اليمن بعدن سابقًا، أهمية التركيز على التعليم والتدريب المهني لتمكين النساء والفتيات اقتصاديًا.
فيما أضافت لمياء الإرياني، وكيل وزارة التعليم الفني لقطاع تعليم الفتاة سابقًا، أن التعليم الفني يُعد البوابة الحقيقية لإدماج المرأة في سوق العمل.
واختُتمت الندوة بتوصيات أبرزها:
1. تبنّي سياسات تحفز مشاركة المرأة في القطاعات الإنتاجية.
2. دعم المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي تقودها النساء.
3. إنشاء منصات عربية لتبادل قصص النجاح النسائية.
4. تعزيز برامج التمكين الرقمي والتدريب المهني للفتيات.
وشهدت الندوة حضور عدد من الشخصيات العامة من مصر واليمن، بينهم الإعلامية رندا محمد، والدكتورة ماجدة، والباحثة لمياء الصلوي، والأستاذة عزيزة النمري، إضافة إلى حضور مصري بارز ضم الدكتور محمد السيد الكيكي، والكابتن أحمد حجازي، والأستاذ أحمد الشامي، والمستشار محمد أنور مشعلا، والأستاذة علا باشا.
كما شارك من المركز اليمني المستقل فارس الكندي مدير العلاقات العامة، والمستشار القانوني موسى أبوجليل.
وقد اختُتم اللقاء بالتأكيد على أن توصيات الندوة ستُترجم إلى مبادرات عملية تعزز مكانة المرأة العربية واليمنية كشريك رئيسي في التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة.
In a symposium in Cairo.. “The Independent Yemeni Center” confirms: Arab women are a major partner in the economic renaissance and sustainable development

On Sunday evening, October 19, 2025, the Independent Yemeni Center for Strategic Studies in Cairo organized a lecture entitled “The Role of Arab Women in Economic Development,” which addressed the importance of empowering women as a fundamental pillar of sustainable development in the Arab world.
Dr. Heba Ismail, member of the Central Committee of the Nation’s Future Party, lectured at the symposium, with the participation of an elite group of Yemeni and Egyptian women leaders and a number of young experts and entrepreneurs.
The meeting began with Dr. Ali Al-Khawlani, head of the center, with a speech in which he stressed that Arab women have become an active partner in shaping the future of the Arab economy, stressing the need to support Yemeni women and enhance their presence in education and decision-making, especially in light of the decline in education that Yemen is suffering as a result of the Houthis’ practices.
Al-Khawlani added that Egyptian women are living their golden age under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, praising the achievements that have made Egyptian women a role model and an Arab model to be emulated.
For her part, Dr. Heba Ismail emphasized that women have become an influential economic force in Arab society, noting that their empowerment in the financial fields and small projects reflects positively on growth and development rates.
During the dialogue sessions, the attendees discussed several topics, most notably:
The role of women in entrepreneurship and job creation.
Legislative and social challenges facing women’s economic participation.
Digital transformation as a new opportunity to empower women in emerging sectors.
Inspiring Arab success stories in the economic field.
In a distinguished intervention, Dr. Maryam Al-Doughani, Director of the Women’s Department in the Presidency of the Republic of Yemen in Aden, stressed that investing in women is an investment in the future, calling for the provision of training, microfinance, and supportive incentives.
Professor Amina Mohsen, member of the Standing Committee of the General People’s Congress, also explained that empowering women in the countryside changes the features of society, as they transform from opportunity seekers to opportunity makers.
Professor Fatima Al-Marisi, former President of the Yemeni Women’s Union in Aden, stressed the importance of focusing on education and vocational training to empower women and girls economically.
Meanwhile, Lamia Al-Eryani, former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Technical Education for the Girls’ Education Sector, added that technical education is the real gateway to women’s integration into the labor market.
The symposium concluded with recommendations, the most notable of which are:
1. Adopting policies that stimulate women’s participation in productive sectors.
2. Support small and medium enterprises led by women.
3. Create Arab platforms to exchange women’s success stories.
4. Promoting digital empowerment and vocational training programs for girls.
The symposium witnessed the presence of a number of public figures from Egypt and Yemen, including journalist Randa Muhammad, Dr. Magda, researcher Lamia Al–Salawi, and Professor Aziza Al-Nimri, in addition to a prominent Egyptian presence that included Dr. Muhammad Al-Sayed Al-Kiki, Captain Ahmed Hegazy, Professor Ahmed Al-Shami, Counselor Muhammad Anwar Mishala, and Professor Ola Pasha.
Also participating from the Independent Yemeni Center were Fares Al Kindi, Director of Public Relations, and Legal Advisor Musa Abu Jalil.
The meeting concluded by emphasizing that the symposium’s recommendations will be translated into practical initiatives that enhance the position of Arab and Yemeni women as major partners in comprehensive economic development.
