عصام الشريف لرصد الحقائق: “المنظومة الحزبية في مصر تحتاج مراجعة شاملة في الورقة والقلم

قال الإعلامي عصام الشريف، رئيس موقع الحرية، في حوار لبرنامج “الورقة والقلم” مع الإعلامي نشأت التيهي: إن المنظومة الحزبية في مصر بحاجة إلى مراجعة شاملة، مشيرًا إلى أن المواطن يريد أحزابًا تمثل الناس بصدق، بينما يوجد حاليًا 104 أحزاب، كثير منها شبه معروفة أو تشارك بالمقاعد بطريقة أقرب للتعيين. وأوضح الشريف أن بعض القوائم الانتخابية تضم أحزابًا موالية ومعارضة معًا، ما يربك المواطن ويصعب عليه فهم الاختيار الصحيح.
وأشار إلى أهمية فتح حسابات كل الأحزاب ومراجعة الأموال التي صُرفت في الانتخابات، مؤكدًا أن هناك مالًا سياسيًا كبيرًا استُخدم في الدعاية، بينما العملية الانتخابية نفسها في بعض الدوائر غير فعالة، مستشهدًا بأمثلة من القرى التي تحتوي على ست لجان يصوت فيها عشرات الأشخاص فقط.
وأكد الشريف ضرورة وجود حياة حزبية محترمة، حيث يجب أن يشارك الحزب في الانتخابات من الشارع وليس بالقوائم المعينة، وأن يشارك المواطن بوعي في العملية الانتخابية لضمان الشفافية والعدالة. ولفت إلى وجود رموز وطنية يمكن الاستفادة من آرائهم، مثل الدكتور مصطفى الفقي، والدكتور عمرو موسى، والدكتور علي الدين هلال.
كما أشاد الشريف بتفاعل المواطنين في الصعيد الذين خرجوا للتظاهر والمطالبة بحقهم في التصويت، مشيرًا إلى أن الرئيس استجاب وأشار إلى أهمية الانتخابات، مما يؤكد على ضرورة الاستفادة من هذه الإشارات لإصلاح المنظومة الحزبية.

Journalist Essam El-Sherif, head of the Freedom website, said in an interview on the “Paper and Pen” program with journalist Nashat El-Tihi: The party system in Egypt needs a comprehensive review, pointing out that the citizen wants parties that honestly represent the people, while there are currently 104 parties, many of which are semi-known or share seats in a way that is more likely to be appointed. Al-Sharif explained that some electoral lists include both loyal and opposition parties, which confuses citizens and makes it difficult for them to understand the correct choice.
He pointed out the importance of opening the accounts of all parties and reviewing the money spent in the elections, stressing that there is significant political money used for propaganda, while the electoral process itself in some districts is ineffective, citing examples of villages that contain six committees in which only dozens of people vote.
Al-Sharif stressed the necessity of having a respectable party life, as the party must participate in the elections from the street and not through designated lists, and the citizen must participate consciously in the electoral process to ensure transparency and justice. He pointed out that there are national figures whose opinions can be benefited from, such as Dr. Mustafa El-Feki, Dr. Amr Moussa, and Dr. Ali El-Din Hilal.
Al-Sherif also praised the interaction of citizens in Upper Egypt who went out to demonstrate and demand their right to vote, noting that the president responded and pointed out the importance of the elections, which emphasizes the necessity of taking advantage of these signals to reform the party system.
